@fitwithnani Meal prep with me 💕with help from target -Brussel Sprouts •Boil Brussel sprouts on stove •Pat dry •Mix Brussel sprouts in olive oil and your choice of seasonings (I used pink Himalayan salt and black pepper) •place in air fryer (or oven) •add thin shredded Parmesan on top Cook to your liking -Spinach •place olive oil on pan •add washed spinach to pan •cook spinach on medium heat •add lemon juice •season to your liking (I used garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt , black pepper , and cayenne pepper ) -Mashed Sweet Potatoes •use a fork to place holes into your cleaned sweet potatoes •wrap individually in foil •place in oven on bake until soft •mash the baked sweet potatoes in a bowl •add your choice of butter (I used a plant based avocado butter) , cinnamon sugar , and a sprinkle of salt (I used pink Himalayan salt) #fitnessmotivation #healthylifestyle #healthandwellness #healthyfood #healthiswealth #explorepage #mealprepwithme #target
